FULL MOON - A SPECIAL FULL MOON JIVAMUKTI OPEN 95E+ FEAT. CARDS+CACAO by Annie and Hilli plus special guest Émeline is coming to Three Boons Charlottenburg for the March Full Moon in Virgo.

The practice of yoga reminds us of the interconnectedness of everything - Earth, Space, Heavens, Planets. 

A full moon happens when Sun & Moon are aligned on opposite sides of Earth and thus is the moon is fully illuminated by the sun. The MOON is FULLY illuminated in the sign of VIRGO on February 14th 2025. 

FULL MOON 〇 in Virgo calls us to ground our roots deep into Mother Earth,  to anchor ourselves through the ebbs and flows. The more we open up, the more attuned we become to all beings, things, and our dear planet Earth. 

Virgo is the healer within, reminding us to embody our true nature so we can bring forth real change in our lives for the benefit of all. Her medicine is love in service, and her practical magic helps us navigate our directive so we can focus on how best to be in service of our collective healing. This lunation is asking us to consider how we can use the skills and tools we Have to benefit others.

This lunation is an opportunity to cleanse & create space,  to expand & shift our perception - one of the greatest gifts we can give is spaciousness to sort out & be more in touch with our authentic power. 

In this 95-minute Jivamukti Yoga class, we tune into a grounding practice with ceremonial cacao*, followed by chanting, pranayama, asana, meditation & drawing a card for the new cycle (optional card reading with our fairy Émeline after class).

*the cacao plant, earth's gift, connects us with the earth element & allows us to feel more centered, rooted, and balanced, to tap into the very essence of the earth itself, its unwavering strength and wisdom. (By chanting & practicing asana afterwards we practice to deepen our sense of rootedness, focus, and stability, both on and off the mat.)
